RENTAL AGREEMENT

These 9 articles collectively define all terms and conditions regarding the rights and obligations for the rental and use by the customer of camping chairs, camping tables, camping umbrellas, and beach chairs owned by THE KAPLUMBAĞA.

Rental Terms and Obligations

CAMPING CHAIRS, CAMPING TABLES, CAMPING UMBRELLAS, AND BEACH CHAIRS

  1. Cannot be re-rented to other individuals unless approved in writing by THE KAPLUMBAĞA.
  • Our customers are obliged to observe environmental rules.
  • It is forbidden to interfere with or make any modifications to the camping chair, camping table, camping umbrella, and beach chair belonging to THE KAPLUMBAĞA.
  • THE KAPLUMBAĞA’s CAMPING CHAIRS and BEACH CHAIRS are for 1 person; it is forbidden for 2 people to sit on them.
  • CAMPING CHAIR Rental Fee: 50 TL for 1 hour, 75 TL for 2 hours, 100 TL for 3 hours.
  • CAMPING TABLE Rental Fee: 35 TL for 1 hour, 60 TL for 2 hours, 90 TL for 3 hours.
  • CAMPING UMBRELLA RENTAL FEE: 55 TL for 1 hour, 85 TL for 2 hours, 120 TL for 3 hours.
  • BEACH CHAIR RENTAL FEE: 75 TL for 1 hour, 100 TL for 2 hours, 135 TL for 3 hours.
  • All responsibility for the rented camping chair, camping table, camping umbrella, and beach chair lies with the customer. If the customer loses, has stolen, or encounters a similar situation with the camping chair, camping table, camping umbrella, or beach chair, they are responsible for the list price of the rented brand and model at the sales company for each product during the period of responsibility. If the customer is personally responsible for the damage due to intent or gross negligence, this liability limit will be redefined to include damages caused to other persons or property. THE KAPLUMBAĞA accepts no responsibility in this regard. The customer’s responsibility begins upon delivery of the camping chair, camping table, camping umbrella, and beach chair, and continues until THE KAPLUMBAĞA inspects it in their presence and confirms it is undamaged.
  1. Before the rental begins, the customer must inspect the camping chair, camping table, camping umbrella, and beach chair and report any issues to the business.
  1. This agreement is the same as the agreement found at www.thekaplumbagaa.com.
  1. This agreement, consisting of 9 articles in total, is considered to have been read and accepted by the customer(s) whose name and signature appear below.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The SUPPLIER is obliged to take all necessary measures to prevent unlawful processing of personal data obtained during the performance of this agreement, unlawful access to data, use for purposes other than intended, to ensure data protection, and to fulfill its obligations under Law No. 6698. Otherwise, it accepts and undertakes to compensate for the damage to the CUSTOMER or the data owner. This obligation also covers the SUPPLIER’s employees and continues even after the termination of the contract for any reason. If personal data processed under this Agreement is obtained by others through unlawful means, the CUSTOMER will be notified without delay.
