1. Return and Cancellation Conditions for Rental Products

The following special conditions apply to camping equipment rental services (camping chairs, camping tables, sun loungers, umbrellas, etc.) offered by THE Kaplumbağa:

  • Rental products cannot be returned after delivery.
  • Even if the product is unused after being received, the rental fee will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation requests made before the delivery of rental equipment are accepted up to 1 hour prior to delivery.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or shortening of the rental period after delivery.
  • The customer is responsible if the product is physically damaged, lost, or returned with missing parts during the rental period; the product cost or repair fee may be charged.

These clauses are implemented to ensure the quick and efficient turnover of equipment.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions for Purchased Products

Bakery products and fresh foods:

  • Returns are not accepted for perishable food items such as croissants, pastries, and desserts.
  • If there is a freshness issue, incorrect product delivery, or another error with the product, please contact us on the same day, and we will quickly resolve the issue.

Packaged products and other store items:

  • You have the right to return/exchange packaged or durable products within 14 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
  • Opened, tried, or damaged packaging products are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Products and Services

Returns are not possible for the following products or services:

  • All rented camping equipment (chairs, tables, sun loungers, umbrellas, etc.)
  • Perishable food items (croissants, pastries, coffee, desserts, etc.)
  • Custom-prepared orders
  • Products given as part of a promotion or campaign

4. Refund Process

Once a return is approved:

  • If payment was made by card, it will be reflected on your card within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • If payment was made in cash, the refund will be provided on the same day.
  • No refunds will be issued for rental products after delivery.
