The following return and exchange conditions apply to all purchases and rentals made through our website or our branches.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Return and Cancellation Conditions for Rental Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The following special conditions apply to <strong>camping equipment rental services<\/strong> (camping chairs, camping tables, sun loungers, umbrellas, etc.) offered by THE Kaplumba\u011fa:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rental products cannot be returned after delivery.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Even if the product is unused after being received, the rental fee will not be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation requests made before the delivery of rental equipment are accepted up to <strong>1 hour prior<\/strong> to delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued for cancellations or shortening of the rental period after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible if the product is physically damaged, lost, or returned with missing parts during the rental period; the product cost or repair fee may be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>These clauses are implemented to ensure the quick and efficient turnover of equipment.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Return and Exchange Conditions for Purchased Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Bakery products and fresh foods:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Returns are not accepted for perishable food items<\/strong> such as croissants, pastries, and desserts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is a freshness issue, incorrect product delivery, or another error with the product, please contact us <strong>on the same day<\/strong>, and we will quickly resolve the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Packaged products and other store items:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have the right to <strong>return\/exchange packaged or durable products within 14 days<\/strong> of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened, tried, or damaged packaging products are not eligible for return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>3. Non-Returnable Products and Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Returns are not possible for the following products or services:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All rented camping equipment (chairs, tables, sun loungers, umbrellas, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perishable food items (croissants, pastries, coffee, desserts, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-prepared orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products given as part of a promotion or campaign<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>4. Refund Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Once a return is approved:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If payment was made by card, it will be reflected on your card within <strong>3\u20137 business days<\/strong>, depending on your bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If payment was made in cash, the refund will be provided on the same day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued for rental products after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>5.
